I WAS LOOKING OVER THE DS-2001, AT TIME OF INTERVIEW ,THE VISA FEE IS $325, MY FIANCE SON IS 3 YEARS OLD , DO THEY CHARGE THE SAME FEE FOR A CHILD OF THAT AGE AND ALSO DOES HER SON HAVE TO GO TO MEDICAL EXAM ALSO AND IS IT THE SAME FEE

Hi Jon,

They do not charge this fee to anyone going through the K-1 process. I do not know if they charge that fee later on, on the AOS part of the process because I have not gotten there yet.

I am not sure about the son because Johanna has no kids maybe someone that’s knows will answer.

That's the immigrant visa fee. K-1s and K-2s pay the non-immigrant visa fee, which is $100.00.

Yes the child needs to have a medical exam and the fee is less; adult $95.00/child under 15 $67.00

With regards to visa fee, ur fiancee son petition included in k1 process, tho you need to pay visa fee for ur fiancee and her son. As well as into their medical exams fee.

I had done it all, and to my upcoming interview, i once phoned embassy if i need to bring my 4 yr old son on my interview date, and they said that theres no aged exemption into interviews, so i guess even midgets need to attend interview sched only for show up.
