Wow guys, this is just so depressing.

Gsmaclean, I really hope all that ####### gets sorted out and everything gets back on track!

Kweli, I'm sorry to hear about the mistake on your green card, you'd think they'd be more careful.

To everyone else, every part of my body is crossed and a prayer has been said. I hope to hear some amazing news when I get back from Canada.

I believe I heard last year that the USCIS fiscal year is October, (13th?) so hopefully a swarm of approvals are on their way before they start that!

Morning all!

For some reason, my EAD was touched again today despite yesterday's approval!

Katie, I believe some people got their approvals without even getting a notification of arrival at the CSC (for the file). I read the latest update about it being transfered there and it doesn't say to expect anything but a decision from them.

8th July 06 - Married!!!

3rd August 06 - EAD received at USCIS

29th August 06 - Biometrics

18th September 06 - Case (AOS) transfered to CSC on 9/14 (advised by mail)

4/6/10th October 06 - EAD touched!

11th October 06 - Email from USCIS - EAD Approved on 10/10! Card on the way!

16th October 06 - EAD card received!

16th October 06 - EAD Application email received confirming letter to be sent.

22nd February 07 - Email sent to USCIS requesting an update.

5th March 07 - Case touched! AOS is now "pending" at the CSC! Progress!

5th March 07 - Email from CSC confirming I am awaiting the results of the FBI name check.

27th April 07 - Email received. A notice requesting additional info has been mailed.

4th May 07 - RFE letter arrived.

21st May 07 - RFE docs returned to USCIS by mail.

6th June 07 - Email from CRIS saying RFE received and case processing has resumed!

26th June 07 - Phone call from a USCIS officer at the CSC in California asking for a copy of my I-94 by fax.

27th June 07 - InfoPass appointment at 745am.

12th August 07 - Email from CRIS - Green Card on order as of 8/11!

15th August 07 - Email from CRIS - Welcome Notice sent.

18th August 07 - Welcome Notice Received.

20th August 07 - GC received!

That happens a lot of times because they must update something in the computer.

No touches on my AOS since September 9th. But I had some good news today!! My AP has just appeared online (I was not able to see it online during all this time) and it has been approved yesterday!! Also my EAD was touched today!

hi there

well bio appt today at 9am..left in plenty of time but got stuck in traffic on hwy roadworks so arrive at 8.50am went in filled the sheet out got my prints done an photo taken and we were in the car by 9.12am..

got home looked in the mail box an there was the NOA to let us know CSC had recived it and to which office it went to.went onlineto see my status and we had been touched to say our petition was received at CSC

went to bed cos we only got 2 hours sleep (u ask y lol) cos my hubby does 2nd shift got up around 4pm and there i saw what i thought were hail stone but it was our first snow flurries...(u ask y im excited) cos im from australia an where i use to live we never got snow in winter...lol
