Grrrrrrr. Now I am getting very annoyed. Just rang the mis-information line. :o

NOTHING will be done, as far as she is concerned my case will go back to Louisville after processing at CSC. She had no idea that cases transferred to CSC usually get processed without interview and approved, nor did she know that I should of received an email from CSC to say that my case is there. :huh:

I even used my daughter's case as an example of getting the very email I was talking about. She quoted the letter I received from Chicago saying that it has been 'transferred, past tense'. I said yes but did it get there? She said it has been transferred. So pretty much a waste of time. :blink:

Now it looks like I should of been looking at getting an approval in the next week or so if my case wasn't still sitting in a pile of paperwork, gawd knows where. All ringing them did was aggrivate me more. :angry:

hey guys........

don't take this the wrong way but look at all of your timelines........ from what I can see all of you haven't even got to the 60 day mark since the AOS was submitted....... and you all feel frustrated with the lack of progress..........?? :(

I understand that your cases were transferred relatively quickly to the CSC, but have a heart for all the others that have to go through the AOS interview process (takes around three months if you're lucky) and others that have to endure the hell of the FBI name check........god only knows how long that takes to clear......look at rebaccajo........

seriously I understand your frustration but you need to think of the "bigger picture" and all the other cases........

when you look at it that way you really are quite lucky....

It's hard though, to see others get their approvals or transfers so quickly and others are still sitting, wondering what method (I don't think there IS one) the USCIS uses to process our applications. We're all tired of dealing with USCIS as well so that adds to the frustration. I for one am tired. This whole process sucks big time. Living through the K1 journey was rough for a lot of us. And now this. My heart definately goes out to those in AOS namecheck hell as well as those still waiting to hear something. Looking at the "bigger picture" is what keeps the majority of us hanging on too. As my beloved mother told me at the very beginning of this journey "there is light at the end of the tunnel...and that light is Joel (my husband)".

It's feeling like your case got sucked into a black hole whereas other people who filed after you already got a decision or at least a touch...after all, we were transferred to CSC to "expedite processing", at least that's what my NOA letter said...so i think when your case is going slow compared to others who were transferred you can whine in this thread from time to time
