I just got my GC today and I am happy. :dance:

My case got transfered to CSC as well. :)

Done till September 08!

Why do I suspect, just as has happened in EVERY SINGLE STEP of this entire nightmarish immigration process, that our timeline will be much longer than the average one. We got transferred to CSC, but it will be months before approval. It won't surprise me at all. :(

I'm inclined to agree with you too Scott. It seems that way with Joel's application. They've had the RFE information for nearly three weeks now. Welcome to AOS hell, as someone else posted. I guess this is the harder part of the process.

But you are not done for two years, you have to start the process back-up before two years. :(

I was wondering if I will get a NOA in the mail from CSC that they received my petition ... I got an email from them but haven't received a letter in the mail and I am not sure if I should have ... Did anyone else get one ??

However, I did receive a NOA in the mail (which I gather was from MSC) stating that they sent my petition to California ...

Yup thats the only NOA you will get. When they recieve it CSC just emails you :yes:

Ditto to what she said. I was wondering the same thing, I got the original NOA from the transfer, but only an email from CSC. And tomorrow I expect another email from CSC/CRIS telling me that they have approved me and are sending me my GC forthwith. :)

I am glad your in good spirits and always optimistic ... :)

I sure would like to get my EAD or GC soon ... I am going stir crazy even though I am keeping busy with things around the house and yard ...

The company I had a meeting with on Friday is sending me a proposal this week for my consideration ... They already know I am waiting for authorization ...
