Yes, Congrats to all y'all that have been transferred :) We really are so happy for you guys!!!!!

Stina, looks like you and Joel are in the same boat, only we haven't had a touch in over a week. I'm beginning to think something's wrong. I'm becoming obsessive again, checking that darn website at least twice a day. *SIGH* I guess we're just so excited seeing everyone else's apps moving right along and we're wanting to see ours as well as everyone else's moved and approved.

Here's hoping the rest of us have something to crow about this weekend. :D

Well still nothing on my AOS or EAD since the 9th September, but my daughter's case was transferred to CSC today. Trying to be positive, maybe it will give them the heads up that there is another case floating around out there somewhere, mine. :help:

Personally I think it is in the same pile as Stina's. :huh:

We got this letter as well but we just sent our AOS in about 2 weeks ago. The letter states that the case has been sent to the CSC. our biometrics is on Friday Sept 29.

where can i check the status online regarding our case?

and since we haven't even done our biometrics i doubt it would take only 2 more weeks.

If you visit the following site https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp if you don't have an account register for one and you can link your account to your AOS and EAD/AP if you applied for them ...

It seems that lately alot of K-1s are being transfered to CSC ... Atleast the good thing is you probably will not have to have an interview ...

CSC was processing AOS applications quickly but we are now unsure of how long it will take to get an approval from them since it seems that alot of applications are being transfered to CSC lately which will probably slow things down alot ...

And it seems that CSC has been rather quiet today ... Anymore touches out there ??

No touches today...BUT, they touched Joel's EAD...to tell us AGAIN that it has been approved and a letter will be sent. He got his EAD card last week. Sheesh! His EAD got touched three times after it was approved. Oh well, like Joel says...this IS the government.

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.
