In answer to your original question: it takes 11.2347 days from CSC transfer to green card approval. You should have it by 3.30pm at the latest.

However, I have a question that maybe someone can answer: If one receives a RFE on their AOS, once that RFE is sent in and satisfied, might this AOS application then be transferred to CSC? Just wondering....

Yup its a possibilty, I got an RFE and then got transferred.

Yes, mine was also transferred after I got an RFE, check my timeline.

Don't mean to be a wet blanket but while quick approvals are the norm, mine took 8 months after being transferred to be approved. (But I think it just got misplaced for much of that time). Good luck

Ohhh, ok I looked at some timelines, I thought the fact that I got touched the day after the email of being transferred meant they recieved it. Apparently it can take up to a week for people to get the email that it has been recieved at the center.

Hey Peter,

I'm getting the same kind of touches, but not all those emails....

I got 2 emails (duplicates) when MSC made the transfer and 2 emails (duplicates) when it arrived. Mine are all from USCIS-CSSO because its linked to my online portfolio. Nothing from CRIS.

What are your emails saying?????? Are they all duplicates or not?

Hi Naya,

That ones from CRIS say that our AOS was transfer to CSC. The ones from USCIS-CSSO said that CSC received it. And yes most e-mails are duplicated. We are also getting extra e-mails because I fill-out an I-865 when I sent the AOS package and the e-mails are pertaining to that. We got a Receipt Number (MSC**********) for the I-865.

We also fill out an AR-11 but they never send any paperwork regarding it nor did I get a Receipt Number.
