not touching on AOS today (YET) but my caseworker is probably just getting in... having her grande skinny mochachino and butterscotch raisin biscotti... i am sure she will get to touching (and APPROVING) any minute now!

ps - thanks guys, for all the EAD congrats... hope the card comes soon because i still have to go to Social Security and get my name and status changed since I had a SS card from college.

Hopefully the caffeine will speed her up so that she can start with her touches and then get into approvals.

Touched again today......approval notice in the way after the welcome notice

Just FYI on timelines and such:

My husband's AOS was approved by CSC on August 16th. We got some kind of funny "approval notice" in the mail that was basically a mix-up because they had the wrong code in the approval type box and the wrong information in the body of the notice. We tried to fix it with our local center and via the infoline, but hadn't heard anything until the 15th, when we got an e-mail saying the greencard had been ordered.

We got another e-mail today saying the card has been mailed. So maybe those of you who were approved on the 15th are also getting the cards mailed today.

Hey Guys!! We got our Welcome letter today!!! and three emails saying that the case was approved!(looks like we are on the same schedule Kitty_Kat! It said my husband should get his green card in three weeks. Well one week as almost already passed so hopefully it's coming next week or so! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some approvals today

On September 15, I received six emails and update on the USCIS website stating that they were mailing me the “GC”(1st set) and the “Welcome Notice"(2nd set).

Today September 20, I received three emails and an update on the USCIS website stating that “approval notice was mailed”

I have not gotten to the mailbox yet. I got the "GC" first in the morning and the "Welcome Letter" at night.

Enough with us already approved getting spammed by emails from USCIS, they should start spamming other CSC transferrees with approval emails
