Hi Diana, (F)

On Friday I got the e-mails and USCIS’ website update that they were going to send me “a new GC”. Later on Friday night I checked and I got the e-mails and USCIS website update that the “Welcome notice” was mailed. I was also “touched” on Sunday.

Did you get the same messages?

Thanks,

Peter Miami

Hello guys

This is a new week starting. I hope there's gonna be a lot of positive news. I hope we'll be touched or better yet approved. My case hasn't been touched since Sept 7. Just like Stina, I'm starting to feel left out :crying:. Even though I'm glad that I've been transferd to CSC. It's better than nothing at all.

It's cool that some of us got approved. You know what? When I check my status online and I see no change, I feel like going down to CSC and yell " What the hell you're waiting for?" :ranting::protest:

Then I think of grabbing my caseworker and :bonk: However I know that waiting is part of the game....

Peter you got touched on Sunday? I didn't know that USCIS could work on Sunday. You must have a very good lucky star :star::star::star::star:

Jeeleebee, Naya, Stina and all the rest of transferees, I keeping my fingers crossed that this week will bring some action....

Hey Scott!!!

Our RFE was for the affidavit of support. When I looked at it again, I had made a mistake on my figures so I sent them a corrected I-864 along with a letter stating what the correction is.

I sure hope we get our case transferred...man, that would take a load off.

How's life here in the good ol' USA?

Ouch, I bet you were kicking yourself then!!!

I love it here, I only wish they would get off their collective behinds and get things finished, so I can work...money is tight!!

Here's hoping you get sent over to CSC as well...us low-risk Canadians should all be sent right over there. :)
