CUT OFF DATES MOVED BACK TO JAN 2007.

may be true, but if so, the NVC only erroneous data would be giving to people, they told me they were going in order to process and anything else that they were processing the 2008 cases pending ...... I hope that if so, the visa bulletin for April, May, June, July will not go back, but it will happen to the thousands of cases that are pending interview ... lose all rights? back pay and deliver the documents? in that case would be chaos for the NVC ..... would be like taking candy from a baby .... good good good

There is couple example..i want to share..(aqwer) from Bangladesh which PD is Aug/2007, got his interview date on Feb 15/2011. but i revealed that he got interview that because of he just got his citizenship( DOS/USCIS internaly process some cases without formating like citizenship approval earlier than F2A filers), on other hand (mitch) from philipines and PD is July/2007..didnt get interview date, just because internally no record for being citizenship earlier than F2A filers.

I am also assuming that My citizenship due on Oct/2011, when i will apply after initial interview, my wife would definitely get interview date... around december/January..
