Hi, me and my wife are currently living in the Philippines, filing DCF, and we just received the packet 3.

When they mailed it to us, they both mailed me and my wife a separate packet 3 with the exact same information/form inside. So my question is, what do we mail back to the embassy for the packet 3? do we both fill out the same form ( the DS-230 part 1)? Where do we get DS-230 part 2, and do we send in two of those also? what else is supposed to be sent back with packet 3????

thank you so much for any help you can give

Everything for Packet 3 is for your wife to fill out (intending immigrant). http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/306605/atienzalb/Packet%204%20_appointment%20packet_%20English%20rtf%20_revised%20GSS_%20_2__001.pdf

As far as what is sent back to the embassy...it should have told you in a letter from them....but everything listed in Packet 3 is needed for the interview and normally supplied to the NVC when you file in the states.

In case you havent read what this forum has for a guide on this...here is where it is located http://www.visajourney.com/content/dcf
