That apparently happened to an unfortunate (in many ways) member last year and she said that there were other VJ members who were experiencing that. They all had receipts dated the same day. I am also unable to track my I-90 online. I don't think it's that big a deal because if you're doing AOS and sent in your email form that's when you'll find out updates. Half the time they don't even update the website anyway even when they've done anything on your case.

It takes 30 days for it to show online.. I have read some cases never show up online.. If you have questions call USCIS and ask for an officer or Tier 2.. They will have all your information. Regular customer service rep won't.....

Same here. I filed October end and cannot see the case status online. USCIS Tier 2 IIO mentioned it is not online due to an error and might never get there. Keep posted here if you begin to start seeing your status online.

what error are you talking about? some applicants are able to see it why not others? any reasoning?

planning to make a InfoPass appointment if i don't see it soon.

At my latest infopass when I asked about this the girl at the window said that they can only see what we can see when it comes to the USCIS website and that if it's not on there she can't do anything. Just thought I'd let you know so you can consider whether you want to waste your time with an infopass. Then again, she could have been acting like the phoneline and been lying.

USCIS IIO mentioned about it being an error at their end. Don't know anything more.

If you do go for an Infopass appointment, please keep us updated on the outcome.

When I called up about a week ago the first girl could not pull it up and then she refered to higher person who can access it and that person told me that they were not entering the info on line at this time. So I asked I can call back as many times as I want and he said yes.

Ya Know, I've watched all of your posts, all of your questions here on VisaJourney.com. To the best of my knowledge, I have to classify you as a 'mobile phone user',

as

you, apparently, aren't reading.

Why aren't you reading? Yer using a mobile phone for yer internet access, and mostly, the menus at the top of the page are not so viewable.

Can you, please, switch to a PC? A Personal Computer? Winders or MAC, any browser you want,

and then.... (wait for it...)

Click on the word 'Guides' up at the top.

Ya can't miss it, it's in the blue range, highlighted in White.

Once you get to 'Guides'

then read the entire page.

Find the Guide that applies to yer particular type of casefile.

If any ancillary links, like an NVC FLOWCHART, read those as well.

Don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader Installed on yer pooter?

wow - now is the best time to install it, as the FLOWCHART for NVC

Processing is in Reader format, and you have to download something.

then... as you have a moment to rest... when yer thinking.....

get a big piece of paper (11 x 17 inches is best)

then dig out a blue or green crayon (I like blue, btw)

and make a diagram of

where you are...........

what's next.............

what documents you must produce (emphasis on production here)

and then........

Find LingChe on the wiki... Come on - I dare ya to find it... Really.. Come On...

Once you've found it, dig out yer crayon again, and start making copious notes.

Then, as you've made these copious notes, get a clean sheet of paper,

and make the diagram again.

Then make 2 copies.

Send one to yer spouse, send the 2nd one to yer favourite Uncle.

Keep yer original in your satchel, as you'll review it daily.

Then, when you have a spare moment, O Raj,

Change your user profile to reflect which country yer spouse is really in;

Change yer TimeLine to reflect the country yer spouse is really in;

and then ... (again, wait for it............)

click on the 'portal page'

and you'll see a wealth of information, in the form of clickable links,

that pertain to yer particular Embassy.

Study the Embassy info, Study the Timelines for yer country (of Spouse),

mark yer calendar,

and...

go forth...

----

Should you fail to do any of this stuff...

then..

I have to think...

yer really in the wrong place, as

VisaJourney.com is a DIY Immigration web portal,

with an emphasis on 'Y' (YOU) and 'D' (Do)...

Doing it yerself is mondo fricking important,

and VJ has all the info you need.

It's up to you to find it, assimilate it, and act on it.

Read, Man, Read !!

Please?

Purty Please??

Purty Please with Mutton Curry on it???

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

-=-=-=-=-=R E A D ! ! !=-=-=-=-=-

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !
