Hi to everybody here. I am a conditional green card holder which i married a natural born citizen here in america. I have 2 kids in the philippines ages 11 and 14 yrs. old and they have been approved with their visa now coming here in america probably by Nov. 2013. My husband who is a US citizen would like to adopt my 2 kids from the time they will be here in the US already, I have been abandoned including my 2 kids in the Philippines for almost 10 years. I have my affidavit of abandonement which is red ribbon here signed by the Philippine Embassy General Consulate. My first question: What kind of form should my hubby need in order to file an adoption with my 2 minor kids? Second question: do i need to publish any documents at the media or newspaper where my minor kids where born? If yes, whats the name of the documents in which i have to publish it? How will i be able to get it? Hoping for your reply. Thanks.
