I just got my green card a few days ago ..... I wanted to ask if anyone of you know, AM I NOW ABLE TO SPONSOR MY FAMILY (my parents and sisters in Pakistan?) ON THE GREENCARD ??

No. Only a US Citizen can petition his/her parents and siblings.

You have to wait a few years before you can file petitions for family other than a spouse or your children. You need to become a US Citizen first.

Green-card holders can only file I-130 petitions for spouse, and children.

US Citizens can file for Parents, and siblings.

US Citizens cannot file for IN-Laws. So your spouse cannot file for them either.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hello M.A.C congrats on your Green Card. Based on your status you will only be able to sponsor your Spouse or Child of any age. You can sponsor your Mother/Sister once you become a US Citizen.
