agreed but not at the expense of Oct/Nov/Dec filers, it does not make sense on making these people go through what some of the July/August filers already went through thereby continuing the chain so i think it is best to get the left overs processed at TSC straight to NVC instead of CSC.

I don't know how it would be at your expense. You all got your schedules advanced by our transfer, and now you are being put back to your original schedule. I don't see any expense there.

Doesn't want to understand the "original schedule" just because it has been set a patern for Sep./Oct./Nov. to be aproved well before the 5 months are up.On OUR time! And obviously does not want to wait more than that!

Filed in Jan. (like yesterday) and already complaining!! yeah... That's right, why would they finally work on aproval for Jul/Aug at CSC and TSC both so they will aprove them all before you?!

Guys, I don't even know WHY are we loosing our breath here...

please can you all experts who are saying oh all you oct/nov/dec filers will be ok, can you answer why all these 36000 were transferred to TSC and why that strategy failed? and now you are asking all Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan filers not to be worried eventhough these TSC to CSC transfers are happening? and i see a strong possibility of significant delays at CSC, NVC step and Consulate step for these Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan filers.

importantly answer my question - why 36,000 are transferred from CSC to TSC and back again to CSC?

Contact USCIS and make a formal request to your questions via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). We don't work there.

hey, my first and last post to you, you seem to talk about timeline as you are the master, there is no hardline that it should take 5 months, it can take 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 1 month or 5 months but you saying it has to take 5 months is not correct. check this link for confirmation,

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=abcHkhaz62ysZaycAso4s

and read the below

"If the office is processing a particular type of application in less time than our processing goal, you will see the processing times expressed in months (for example, if the office is processing naturalization applications in less than our 5 month goal, the processing time will state “Five Months”). However, if that office is taking longer than our processing goal to handle the form type in question, you will see the filing date (e.g., “April 10, 2003”) of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated. The charts are updated on or about the 15th day of each month"

so for I130 it shows the processing time in months (5 months), do you get it now?

Thanks Sarah, I miss him so much. Whenever we talk on the phone or Video Skype, it tears me up. Mom has already taught him the English alphabet and to count to 10. His English needs a lot of work when he gets back, he primarily speaks Thai and Khmer now.

This is simple, look at the statistics and it is based on November as the last date processed. Since we were all transferred into TSC in november it clearly does not represent the true situation.

Since Raj doesn't even fall within the Oct/Nov/Dec group and is in the January group, I think this tread should just be deleted.

His NOA1 is only 1/20. That is only 3 weeks ago, LOL.

I think everyone watches the timeline and sees approvals coming in getting jealous, not angry. It seems that CSC is speeding up, although saying that a turtle is speeding up is a bit tongue in cheek  . I know I have a mixed bag of emotions when I see someone getting approval ahead of me, but usually, it only means that we are closer to our goal! (And that the process is actually working.)
