I am not sure, because not all july/aug filers are being transferred , and also there were plenty of approvals tonight for them,i am sure our applications will be approved within timeline if not early. But its sad how some july/aug filers hate us,and they are actually happy that we will be delayed rather than being happy that they have started to get approvals.its sickening

USCIS journey:

07/25/2010 - Nikah Day

11/10/2010 - sent I-130

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

looks like bad news about TSC to CSC transfers for Oct, Nov Dec/Jan applicants...already my VJ time-line keeps increasing one week every day.

As a transfered filer I don't think anyone hates YOU. We hate USCIS. Your files will probably be on pause for a little bit (we were guaranteed an action by March 1). But CSC files over 20,000 petitions a month. Some of the transfered cases will/have been approved at TSC and some shipped back to CSC. I'm sure you wont feel the difference. They only had 36,000 to begin with. And CIS is doing mass approvals. (Probably not even reading what's on the petitons for transfered filers that is).

Probably reading already done at TSC?

Few questions come to my mind here....

1) while the TSC to CSC transferring is happening, will all the new applications that are being routed to CSC will in turn get routed to TSC again? and again people going through the same trouble and finally again TSC moving these back to CSC?

so do you just want june/july/aug filers who got transferred keep getting delayed so everyone after them can just get results faster

also some of the sept/oct/nov filers got their approvals well withing 3-4 months because 36000 of us were sent to Texas. So wasn't that unfair

Nope! You're not even a month in and you're already complaining. Trust me, you'll be approved WELL-BEFORE the 5-month cap. Try waiting 7+ months like the rest of us from June/July, then you can start complaining. :crying:

you guys are talking as if it is some mistake of Oct/Nov/Dec filers here? 3 months would be nice. again i am saying it is best is TSC handles these 36000 cases fastly instead of transferring back them to CSC. Thats all I was saying.

It was best for TSC to handle all these cases a LONG time ago but they didnt and people ended up waiting more than 7 months,. STUPID TSC

If that is your argument then we can also say that CSC shouldn't have transferred 36000 cases to TSC in the first place :bonk:

TSC does not and did not have resources to do this task on time :bonk:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d06835e66570e210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

I was just about to post the same thing. TSC was averaging like 400 a month. I don't know who's bright idea it was to think it'd "Speed up Processing" to transfer all those files to them, but I think they may have been fired.
