(L) Hello everyone,

can I use some of the collective wisdom to answer a very stupid question I have:

what do I send in first with I 130? I got married 2 months ago and I am still on H1B, need to adjust.

Could you please list EXACTLY what I should put into the envelope? :help:

I have read all the instructions and am still lost.

If you only read the instructions for the form then I'm not surprised you're confused. Read the VJ guides for concurrent filing of an I-130 and I-485.
