When NVC sends case to US embassy?

Hi Guys,

I saw one case was sent to my country today and I wonder whether NVC sends case to the embassy after or before interview is

scheduled.

I was confused because operator told me that package won't leave until interview is scheduled. They're so confusing

I think NVC set it up before sent the package to embassy. TO myself, My case was completed on FEB.4. NVC told me to call them back on second weeks of FEB, so they will tell me the interview day. Or they will send me An EMAIL to petitioner and beneficiary, so I have to print out and bene have to make appointment for medical check up.

it depends, really on which country it's going to.

MOSTLY, though - it's scheduled before it leaves.

It's hard to answer you directly, though, as you've not updated yer profile to reflect any country for the beneficiary. Could you do that, soonish?

'case complete' time tick is only for 'NVC have all documents in the casefile'

and then

a Final Review is performed.

Final Reviews used to be quick, 2 to 3 days - now is taking 8 to 20 days because of a longish queue.

Once the Final Review is completed,

THEN the casefile jumps into a new queue (mostly) for Embassy Scheduling.

For some countries, scheduling is only done a certain week of the month.

For other counties, it's done all the time.

It's really hard to determine what is what with the OP, he/she's deigned NOT to choose a country for the beneficiary in his/her member profile.

I just called NVC, the rep i spoke to says they send them after the scheduling of the interview.
