It seems from the pics many of you are quite traditional. Is anyone doing anything different ? Different color dress, dressing in fiance's country's traditional garb, etc?

Mine is quite different from tradition & I wouldn't have it any other way! Once a rebel, always a rebel.

Whatcha got in mind....?

we've tossed some ideas about (cruise, JOP, elopement) but nothing concrete, so just whatever pretty thing I see at the time. Bear in mind that our plan right now is to see how the 3 months go, and THEN we will figure a wedding out! :P I know that isn't romantic, but neither are we. So whatever it is, it will be planned quickly, and in the winter. The only question in my mind is whether it will turn out that I am a bridezilla and never knew it and start to resent him for the last minute-ness of it all!

But I think saris are beautiful. I have always wanted one. Could be my excuse!

My dress is not traditional....the ceremony is not going to be traditional...in fact nothing about it is going to be traditional...i like to be different

We're having a barbeque next month (even though we are already technically married)
