We care because you are talking about American women being terrible in general -- not just for you, but in general. FWIW, I think your wife is a beautiful and accomplished woman, and you know exactly how lucky you are to have her. If you kept it at that, there would be considerably less grousing here. It's when comments branch out into sweeping generalisations about how utterly unsuitable other women are as wives, or women, or objects -- not just for you, I stress -- that people's hackles go up.

All of this started because Gary felt the need to belittle RJ's looks, which was incredibly childish and bitchy thing to do. As I said up-thread it reminded me of the behavior of a teenage girl. Something his wife, who apparently value masculine qualities, probably would find embarrassing.

Ok - after a thorough review (!!!!) I am leaving this thread closed for a number of TOS violations - to say nothing of how far off of the track it veered from the original topic!
