I would attempt to expedite. I assume since you are already married that your husband has obtained your dependant ID card, and enrolled you in the DEERS system. This entitles you to US Government paid medical care on a military post or using the TRICARE system in the civilian community. In applying for the expedited processing explain that your husband is deploying, and you do not want your child born in Mexico for the various reasons you cited.

I hope the best for you.

yes, i Wont be going with him overseas. If i go back to Mexico before my due date, My baby and I won't have medical insurance (since I wouldn't have a job there), my shuband wont be able to be there and watch our baby being born, and we will have to wait and hope he make it safe to the States, between me going back to mexico and he coming back from iraq it'd be a year and a half or maybe 2 years...time that my husband will miss sharing with our baby; on top of that our baby will be mexican and we would have to spend extra time getting all his/her paperwork done plus mine.

Right now all I care about is my baby being born here and having his/her daddy watching him/her coming to this world, I dont really care if they have to send me back to MExico after the birth, I just want my husband to know his baby. The rest will figure out out to handle it... :(

Yes I have my ID card, im enrolled to DEERS and we using TRICARE for the GYN/OBS appointment. Im sorry if my question sounds dumb, but what do you mean with expedite? Is it apply for a CR-1? If so, do i have to go back to Mexico to do it?

No its not going back to mexico.

You would file the AOS from inside the USA.

So you would do the medical the I-130 forms and the AOS forms, put them all in the same package BUT you would include your husbands deployment orders and a letter from his commander. Staple this to a letter written by you and him, signed by both of you saying he is deploying to Iraq and you are requesting an expedite so that you can stay together and have the baby safely in the US before your husband has to leave for however many years to Iraq. So he can see his baby being born and the info about him not being allowed to mexico etc etc. Include a copy of your MIL ID and one of your more recent TRICARE OBG/GYNO issuance bills if you have one. So that they know you are already receiving benefits and care.

yup - expedite is available, but you must ask for it

IN A COVER LETTER on top of the I-130 packet, and again on the I-485 packet (2 packets, 2 coverletters, 2 requests for expedite)

On the outside of the envelope, write in big RED letters -

EXPEDITE - USARMY DEPLOYMENT.

Good Luck ! I pray you'll get a SWIFT AOS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Family are generally not put on Iraq deployment orders. OP said that he will be going to Iraq.

They do not get it "automatically" they are US citizens but the father has to sign the birth certificate be there for the birth and apply for a CRBA and US passport at the US consul in the country the baby is born at. Since the OP said her husband cannot go to where she lives that does not really work.

Well they have a claim to citizenship which is not like applying for a visa. Its a very simple process but if the child comes to the US on a greencard then they can sort that out within the USA also.
