Fee for DS-230?

I was looking over the DS-230 form. For Pt. II (pg 3) under the sworn statement it says that "The fee should be paid in U.S. Dollars or local currency equivalent, or by bank draft." My question is what is the fee? I don't see any fee listed on the USCIS website under forms, fees, etc. and there is not a fee listed on the actual form. Are they talking about money for something else? I was under the impression that the beneficiary just had to fill this form out and turn it back in. Please

What do the instructions on packet 3 say? If they don't mention your having to pay for DS-230, then don't. Also, according to this: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...p;cty=Kingstone , the beneficiary's not asked to submit Part II, only Part I.

There is no fee for DS-230 processing for the K visas. There is only the $100 fee for DS-156 non-immigrant visa application processing.
