I was lucky enough to find the capital one card for new people to America and was approved for that in Feb, however i have been on my husbands bank account as a Joint user since June 2010 and have a job. I am using it for the basics, like paying for stuff for my job, which i get the money back for as well as small internet purchases. I never go over $200 on the $500 and balance is payed of in full with every statement.
