hi everyone am an F1 visa holder but i am out of status. my husband is a us citizen . we want to apply for my green card . what are exactly the forms that i need to file and the steps that i need to know and what papers do i need to file with them ?

I-130, I-485, I-864, G-325A, I-765, I-131...

If out of status longer than 6 months, then don't bother with I-131, do not attempt to travel outside USA until you have green-card.

did u apply an out did it work out for u...cause am out of status too an i was wonderin if u had any problems when u apply
