My bank will not allow me to add my K-1 wife to my bank accounts because she has insufficient ID. She has her passport and a credit card in her maiden name and her SSN card is in her married name. They said that only made for one form of ID in her married name. They said come back when we have another form of ID in her married name. The DMV will not issue her an ID Card because she has less than 90 days on her I-94. We have to wait for her EAD (I-765) or her Green Card before the DMV will issue her an ID Card. Then we can take that ID Card and get her name added to my bank accounts.

Good luck.

Naturalization N-400

If the DMV will not provide Photo ID or Non-Driver's ID to her, have her file an annotation to her Philippine Embassy in the US to show her new name and report marriage in the US.

Have her try another DMV to apply for Photo ID or Non-Driver's ID showing her new name (bring, passport, certified marriage certificate).
