Am a US citizen by birth. Am married to my Africa queen, the joy of my Life and she has two lovely girls from her x the girls are 8 yrs and 4 yrs. My wife is a green card holder. I filed for her kids and in August i got approval for NOA 2 for my 2 lovely kids (her 2 daughter) who are with her mom in Africa. She was here with me in Texas until she lost her mom in November and she travelled to Africa. While in Africa for her moms funeral the embassy asked her and the 2 kids to do a DNA in December last year and she and the kids did the DNA over 2 months and up till now nothing have been heard from the embassy in Lagos.

Please note that before the DNA the embassy in Lagos scheduled an interview for the kids in November and after the interview was when they were asked to do a DNA.

She have been heard back in Africa because there is no body to look after the kids after I lost my mother inlaw and the embassy is yet to call the kids after 2 months of the DNA

The kids have gone through a lot, the only family I have is my wife and I feel useless without her here.

Is our first wedding Anniversary today the 8th I have been awake all night crying my heart out.

What can I do plz?, I need my wife and the kids here with me. My life is not complete without them.

My wife is a green card holder but Is not fair for my wife to leave the kids behide.

Thank you and God please u all as u help out with some useful suggestions.

please note that is over 3 months since the kids initial interview and 2 months after the DNA

This can take time, I know someone who waited several months in China waiting for DNA results, started contacting all types of offices, no results. Needed to simply wait it out.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

There isn't much you can do to hurry Lagos along. Does your wife have the required permission from the childrens father for them to immigrate. They won't be able to leave with permission from the father ( assuming he is alive ). Why don't you go on your states tourism site and plan out a fun Welcome to the US trip for when they do come.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Awwwwwww! This is so touching! Hope everything works out soon. Contacting your congressman sounds like a good idea although if the delay is getting the DNA results back, I dont think there is nothing he can do to hurry that along...
