BUMMER!

Unfortunately i received a "Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)" today. I submitted the I-485 concurrently along with an I-765(application for employment) and I-131 (travel document). Does anybody know if this "Request for Initial Evidence" will inturn delay the other 2 applications? Or are they treated, and processed separately? I would like to know because i submitted all of these applications about 2 months ago, and wanted to know if my time accumulated towards the approval of the documents starts over again at zero?!!

Thank you all very much for your help.

David

OK, i added the info to my profile... can anybody answer my questions in regards to a possible delay of other applications filed concurrently with my I 485?

It can delay your EAD and AP, yes. Often however, people have still got their EADs (I don't know about AP) within the 90 day timeline even after the RFE though. Just make sure you respond to the RFE quickly and correctly.
