Validity of Affidavit of Support

good day!

we are on our 3rd month k1 visa process... last month my fiance got all the documents needed for I-130 just in case and hoping we get noa2 soon...

can someone please help us and tell what will be the validity of the documents like employers letter, bank's statement and etc.until the filing of I-130?

We are talking about I-134, not I-130.. I-130 is a petition for an immigrant visa like a spouse visa.

Anyway These docs need to be aquired fairly close to the time that they are needed, like a few weeks before visa interview.

Bank statements only needed if using the balance on account as an asset. If income is sufficient, then bank records or letters not needed.

Consulates treat I-134 like an I-864, so prefer same financial evidence as used for the I-864.
