Hope someone can help me with this..

Ive been on medication for a condition for a few years but have now come off said medication and feel fine.. I was basically put on meds when I was tottally against it and left indefinately so Ive sorted myself out.. Ive seen a copy of the medical questionsire and all I want to know is.. If I just put no in th box to any previous conditions etc is this likely to come back and bite me on the ####? Will the UK embassy or US ever require access to my medical records.. ive noticed some people have said its cool to do this as they are basically looking for physical ailments and infectious disease but just fancied some input..

I know some of you will say you have to tell em etc but put it this way.. Im in such a good place right now and the thought of having to go down there and bring it all back up as well as revisitibg it with my GP etc could well set me back..

I hope this makes some kind of sense.. Im still very embarassed to talk about it.. any input would be a great help..

The "bite" that lying on an immigration form gets you is a lifetime ban from the USA.
