Since you're one of those that were transferred from CSC to TSC, you're not the only one that is waiting for an approval for over 5 months. You should seriously check out this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/281110-california-service-center-to-texas-service-center/ It's all about those have gotten transferred back in November. It might help you.

I guess you could look it up online for your district

I have no idea to help you because I don't know where you are from. That's why the people of google make so much money!

Good luck

A reminder please, everyone, to use only English in the Immigration related forums. While you might wish to send a message in your shared language as a sign of support, please do so privately or in the regional forums as English is the only 'shared' language common to all and the information shared in the forums needs to be consistently available to all.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
