Why does she need a visa?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

People from FRANCE holding French Passport do not need a visa to visit US up to 90 days. Longer than that you need to prove that you have enough money to stay here for everyday expenses. Also an international health insurance may be required.

Why does she need a visa?

She was born in Djibouti, Africa (a small French speaking country in between Ethiopia, Somalia, and Eritrea). She's also a citizen of Djibouti.

It depends on wht passport she has?

Does she have French passport?

So she is not French?

She doesnt have a French passport. She's a legal resident of France. She's from a French speaking country in East Africa close to Yemen.

So why did you say she was French and why do you show a French flag?

To answer your question, she applies.

I put the French flag because she will be going through French embassy. Do you know exactly what forms she should fill out ?
