ICE does not care if your house guest is getting in the way of your normal life - nor is it their job to care. If this person is planning to, or already staying in the US illegally, that is their business, but like someone said earlier, they are fairly busy and probably won't care enough to come deport this person unless he/she is doing something illegal here (besides the overstay). And before you even go there - no, you cannot call ICE and tell them your guest is involved in illegal activity if he/she in fact is not, to get them to deport him.

This person is here illegally, or planning to be here illegally. If you have first hand knowledge about this, you can call ICE. That's fine. However, I'd say do what any normal person would do - ask your visitor to leave your house and find another place to stay. Whether or not he/she decides to stay in the US is their business, and if they do, they are risking ever being able to be admitted to the US again once they leave. If it's a risk they are willing to take, fine.

And no, ICE will not send someone to your place "to remind the person to leave on time".

07/28/2011 - Day 147 - Post-Decision Activity Email from USCIS

08/04/2011 - Day 154 - Husband returns home from abroad; Welcome Letter and GC have arrived in the mail

("Resident since" date on the GC is 07/20/2011
