Reporting fraud is never a bad thing. Remember, ICE is busy and underfunded - although you may be doing what is right, there is no guarentee that anything will happen

Is the person already here? What proof do you have they intend to stay?

The proof that I have is that I actually heard them plan to overstay. This person is staying at my house and I just feel uneasy and want them to leave at the three mark point, so I will definatley call anonymous. :////

I just need then to leave.

Wait, the person in question is in the US and has no intention to leave on time?

As long as you weren't paid any money for the accomodation, you have no landlord-tenant relationship and can kick him/her out. This includes getting the police involved if necessary.

As for ICE, if you have the person's name, nationality, date of entry into US and date when he/she is supposed to leave the US you have enough to call up the ICE on them (and could even provide your address should they decide to come pick them up).

aaaaa I am sooooooooooooo nervous to call! I don't know why! I really have to though in the next couple days.

I hope you're not one of those indecisive people. Man up and call ICE if you want them out of your house. Heck, you can even call police if they have overstayed your welcome.

Just make sure you don't come here a year later with a sob story on how they're still here and you did nothing to get them out.

Oh no...believe me when I say I really want to do this! I'm not an evil person bit it it is exactly what you are saying...that they will be overstaying their welcome (for me).

I will defiantly do it, I just needed some encouragement...lol.

I think you need to find a hobby, something that would grab your attention enough so that you don't have to play snitch and trying to occupy yourself with issues that are none of your business.

If you don't want this person in your house ask them to leave. It's that simple.
