if u check Igor´s List, October fillers have barely been answer in comparison to Novemeber and December fillers.

What could be hapenning?

Does this mean that October fillers will have to wait longer than 5 months?

Would love to be able to give you an answer. I cannot get an answer from USCIS why Oct/Nov CSC IR-1/CR-1 filers are are getting approved when 35,000 Jul/Aug CSC transfers to TSC filers are getting pretty much ignored.

I think the Service Centers are experiencing some major management issues, and it starts from the top back in DC.

Good luck to you!!

Dont think of the graphs or estimated approval dates on Igor's list as the whole picture. It is generated by who chooses to input data into it as well as the number of people. For instance if only 5 people in February have created profiles and one of them mistakenly enters their NOA1 date in the NOA2 box then Igor's graph will look like 20% of Febuary filers have already been approved. Likewise, if one person has a two year wait for a greencard, it will affect your estimated approval date even though chances are the problems that user had will not affect you. The most helpful data is to look at is the NOA1 date for the most recently approved filers and there are several of these from Oct in the past few days.

i read ur blog, it touched my heart. i´d give my turn in the list so that u and ur family were reunited.

it really makes me sick when i see lots of people who enter the country illegally, work illegally, and bring their families illegally, and they even get free help. I´m a law-rules follower, but cases like this make wonder if it´s worth it to follow the rules anyway.

...Same ol debate, week after week!

....sorry if it bothers you but i´d like to know what´s going on.

You also had the choice of not reading the post and find more interesting ones.

by the way, it´s only been twice that i´ve asked this question.

Don't get me wrong. I am not complaining about your post at all. We are on the same boat and I have seen this quite a bunch too, about USCIS seemingly skipping some why others that filed later got theirs. I have tried to imagine possible reasons why that happens and I'm exhausted.

Oh, I´m sorry! I´m too stressed.

NaCi here answered something that makes a lot of sense, check it.

I guess we all have to b patient, there´s nothing we can do.

I´ve been under a lot of stress ´coz of this so I personally think i´m gonna give myself a break, I won´t think about the Fiancée Visa nor check this website in 2 months. Sick and tired of feeling sad ´coz i can´t be with the man i love.

Good luck to all!

Now that is exactly what I resorted to a while ago. I decided to EMBRACE PATIENCE, the reason why I'm still sane. There's nothing much I can do as I'm still within 5 months, so, I had to not think about it and focus on other things.

; I think reading posts from people who are in a hurry or getting more desperate by the day and asking why other got approved in a "short(er)" amount of time (including me ) is making us more impatient!!

And I completely understand, some people feel the need to have questions to their answer to confirm their thoughts of why it's up&down hill with the service centers a little more than others...

Like everybody else, I get more impatient by the day. BUT ONE COMFORT THOUGHT: "read my signature" :innocent:..

In the mean time, there is nothing much we can do either to visit your significant other or just taking little baby steps in the waiting line.. :clock:

So, that being said.. Anyone want some? :pop:

If you have done this already, then disregard this comment. Make sure you have done a "Registration of Foreign Birth" at the US Embassy / Consulate in Thailand for your son. At the same time apply for his passport, which you may get the same day. Also at the same time apply for a humanitarian visa for your wife so that they can travel together ASAP to the states. Then do the immigration paperwork, (or continue with it), once she is here. You may have to be there is person to do all of this, but I am sure in this situation this is the smallest of your problems. I am not going to say hang in there because I also have a frustrating story and know how much I hate that hang in there and be patience #######. Just keep fighting for your rights and never give up.

(Also, Forget ACLU. They profile and you don't match the type that will get them in the news which helps them raise funds. The Red Cross may be a better source of help or one of the humanitarian organizations the major religions have although they seem to be focusing on illegals quite a lot lately.)

btw.. I was an August filer at CSC, sent to Texas and got NOA2 last month, about 2 weeks over the 5 month period.
