Change of Adress

Hi everybody, i sent my address change last week because i moved to differnt place, and i sent change of address form AR-11 and i forgot to sign the form Opps!! today i it in the mail to sign it and mail it back to them,the Address i sent was in Kentucky London..., and they ask me to mail it to differnt one it Derpartment of justice and Naturlization but the same one in Kentucky?? any help please?? thanks.

No there is no sponsor, and nobody moved with me? and i sent it to Departement of homeland security US citizenship and immigration services change of address PO box 7134 London Kentucky, and when they mail me back my form to sign it because i forgot to sign it says i have to send it to Departement of Justice and Naturlization and the same place change of address po box 7134 london kentucky?? i dont understand that.

Hi guys this is the address what they want me to send my aplication US Department Of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service, Change of Address PO Box 7134 London KY, 407-7134? because the first time i mailed it to the Adress what they have in the form, and when i forgot to sign it they mail me one sheet and want me to mail it to the address what i wrote in the top? any suggestion please thanks.
