question aobut Affidavit of Support for wife and stepdaughter

Hi,

my husband is filling out the form I-864 for me and my 16 year old daughter.

Our question is now:

in line 9. it says: Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition

We had to fill out a seperate form I-130 for me and my daughter and we have two case numbers.

But if you fill out the AOS you will have to come to the addition of household members and if you fill out two forms that would be 4 and we are only 3.

on one AOS there would be my husband and me..so two members

and on the other AOS there would be my husband and my daughter...so two members

and both AOS together would be 4 members...or are we just thinking wrong?

Would be nice to get answers :-))

Affidavit of Support: K2's don't require their own separate I-864 with supporting documents (tax returns, etc). Make sure they are listed in section 9 of the K1's I-864, and provide a photocopy of the K1's I-864 with the K2's paperwork. You don't need to include copies of the supporting documents with the K2's paperwork. You won't get an RFE if you do happen to provide a separate I-864 with supporting docs for the K2. It's just not required.

So, if he sends the AOS for me and the paperwork, and a copy of the AOS for my daughter, what else do I have to send with it? what should be the other paperwork for my daughter? Does he have to send the tax returns once more? Or what else do you mean?

Or has K1 to do with the K1 Visa? Because we are not filing this, we are filing CR-I. We are already married.
