Even at that, threatening to cut services so taxes would not have to increased as much.

But what services, like picking up a half a bag of garbage each week? Wouldn't have even that much if they passed a law where all corporations had to use reusable containers. Use to be that way, and man do I hate bubble packs.

Certainly not snow removal, really not removing snow, but stacking it in my driveway, I have to find a place for it other than back on the road or will be fined for that.

Certainly not our great schools they claim we have, key reason for sending my kids there when they were young enough, is the only place to get a diploma. And to do that, need their text books and not very good text books at that. Think they were written by the same guy that writes USCIS and IRS forms. But I took the time to explain that to my kids, they sure don't do that at schools anymore, more like a six hour BS session. Then I am totally liable and accountable to make sure my kids get to school on time and are there. If they are not there, I am the one that gets into trouble.

Certainly not our police departments, run the other way when you have trouble, but right there on the spot if you are doing 25.5 in a 25 mph zone. Nor the fire department, let too new homes burn down to the ground rather than risk feeling the warmth of that fire. And certainly not our building inspector, as those fires were caused by faulty electrical work.

In regards to defense, none of us poses a threat to any foreign nation, but our huge stockpile of weapons sure does, us peons know how to get along with other nations. If they want to attack us for our riches, most of the junk I have around here that barely made it past warranty, they can have. Would save me that stiff recycling charge I have to pay to get rid of it.

Really hate to visit Washington DC where the servants of this country are living in extreme luxury, don't believe our founding fathers wanted it that way. But they are pretty good at hiring the best brains from Harvard to figure out how to screw the last dime out of us. They also are the only ones that can determine which countries we can do business with and how much. Also use those Harvard kids to lie about the real cause of our problems with their constant blame everyone else for our poor economy. Every one else, except themselves, the real cause of our problems.

I can deal with any private company, but not the government, they also have control over our court systems and own all the prisons, do as you are told or else.

And the real ironic part is that if a private company acted as badly as does our government, some governmental enforcement agency would be up their butts in a split second (politically connected companies excluded, of course).

If govt. was a private company they would've gone bankrupt a long time ago.
