Hello,

I am from Lithuanuia, my husband from Usa. He is living in Italy. We filled our I-130 petition and send it in Italy in USA ambassy rome already, but now we remembered that forgot to put my passport copy? what to do,try to call and explain that? Can they denied that or just ask resend it?

Please say some option if you now something

Just wait for a notice and follow the instructions of the letter.If they need more evidence they'll notify for RFE like your passport copy for the meantime you just need to wait to your assign reciept number so they can trackdown your case if you send another documents.But this will be a result of any delay if your filed your case improperly.

Thank..you..i will wait, maybe somebody will have this situation too..it was stupid mistake,we cannot believe how we could forgot..

i was thinking maybe we can call to this emabassy and explain and ask advice what to do.
