Forgot to submit G325 A help.

The paralegal that I used forgot to submit my G325A, I was worried but it has only been 2 weeks since my NOA1 so what I did was fill our a G325A for both my fiance and I and I wrote a cover letter as well as the copy of our NOA1 I wrote a letter describing the error and also sent my letter of intent notarized with more pictures I have my tracking number but do you think once it gets to the VSC that they will put it with my packet?

Its a mixed one on the forum.

I have seen some say wait for RFE and then send, because may get lost.

Others have indicated sending with a copy of I-129F or I-130 NOA-1 letter attached will do, along with cover-letter explaining what and why being submitted.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Good question - thanks for posting. I was considering sending a letter of intent, pictures, and more info on the relationship (maybe even the affidavit of support I-134) as we didn't include anything except the I-129f and G325a forms. I'm hoping by adding this info to our petition it would help bypass an RFE and take us straight to NOA2 - but don't want to screw things up by adding any confusion and difficulty for VSC. Fingers crossed and wishful thinking.

I'm looking forward to reading the responses.

July 14/11: NVC forwards petition to Vancouver

Aug. 8/11: Packet 4 letter received via email
Sept. 21/11: Medical - SUCCESS!!!!
Sept. 23/11: Visa Interview = SUCCESS!!!
Sept. 28/11: Visa in hand
Sept. 29/11: POE at YVR to Seattle
Oct. 23/11: Hawaii beach wedding
Jan. 12/12: 1-485 & 1-765 NOA hard copies received
Feb. 2/12: NOA - case transferred to California
Mar. 3/12: Biometrics Done!
Mar. 14/12: Work Permit card being printed (never arrived, lost in the mail)
May. 8/12: I-485 Approved - Green Card in the mail
May. 12/12: GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!!!

Package Mailed then RFE then Interview... and finally:

Jan.21/15: 10 Year Green Card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep in mind by they time of interview the I-134 may be a bit stale. If you did not attach a copy of 2010 IRS return to it, the consulate may ask for a newer I-134 with newer tax return attached.

Keep in mind by they time of interview the I-134 may be a bit stale. If you did not attach a copy of 2010 IRS return to it, the consulate may ask for a newer I-134 with newer tax return attached.

Oh right... thank you. I'll have him hang on to it until his taxes are done - I can get all that together when I'm with him in Japan while we wait out the 5 months or so.

Can't help getting a little ahead of myself it seems, just want to be prepared so we can be together forever as soon as possible. :luv:
