Mine was formed today...It is called StoneWater Remodeling LLC

StoneWater is the name of my subdivision...Was trying to think of "something" remodeling/construction/renovations/properties, etc., and figured StoneWater Remodeling LLC looked ok...

Good luck with your company. There is a freedom you will get working for yourself, that you will never get working for somebody else.

The first couple of years will be lean, but as long as you find a way to survive, you should build up enough clientele to keep the business open. Expect an IRS audit the second or third year.
