Do you mean the National Visa Center has given you a case number and they are about to forward your approved petition to the US Embassy in London?

You or your fiancee has to call the National Visa Center to inform them of your change of address, since USCIS has already approved the petition.

Your approved petition not visa is going to the embassy. You can call the embassy and hope they get it right. The number is found on the VJ embassy info page. Look up in the menu bar (light blue) and click Embassy Info. Until they have received and logged in your case, they may not have you anywhere to be able to make that change yet. Follow up with calling DOS to find out if your case is in London and if they sent out your letter yet, then proceed with sending in your visa application forms even if your letter from them goes astray. Put your current address on all forms that request it. Send a cover letter with the forms and point out you have an address change. Keep a check on things with DOS rather than assuming they will get your stuff sent to the new address. That includes the appointment letter. DOS will know once the appointment has be set.
