on #6 after we put 1040

is that all that's needed for the I-864?

no need to tick any of the boxes a-c and #7 and 8?

There is an 800 number 2 call in the wiki. (Check the nvc section) Just call the number & request them. It should only take about 2 weeks 2 receive them that way. Using the form you are trying 2 use might take longer.

IRS phone number: 1-800-829-1040 You have to listen to all the options on all the menus, but ordering tax transcipts is on there somewhere.

I sent mine in through the mail and it took over a month to recieve my transcripts. Since it took so long I actually re-sent and ended getting 2 sets worth.

I ticked 6a for return transcript

If there is an IRS office close by where you

Live you should go there in person they will

Give it to you in less than 5 minutes plus they

Put a nice stamp that says IRS legally. If not

Call 1800 numbver is fstaer than website. Good luck

I'm a fan of going in person.

If there's an IRS office within an hour's drive of yer locale -

YOU SHOULD GO. Seriously. Can get them in 30 minutes or less.

I ordered mine over the telephone ( call (800)908-9946 , M-F 7-10) and had them a week later. Alternatively, they can fax them to you.

thank you all for your responses. i just called and asked for them. once i told the lady it was for immigration purposes, she knew exactly what to send.

one question though,

with your AOS, did you also send in pay stubs? and if so how many months are needed? thank you again in advance. your help as usual is very much appreciated!

IRS.GOV...if you have a fax machine,transcripts you can ask for it to be faxed to you the same day, call the 1-800 number say you need it for immigration,or you can have it sent to you it takes about two weeks,
