Second Hand smoke doesn't harm normal/healthy individuals and doesn't necessarily harm those that aren't that 'healthy' either. If you think that your child being around a couple of people smoking is actually harming them in that moment, then you are seriously paranoid/delusional.

Exactly ! I fly back and forth to work (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) and I used to stop at a bar in Anchorage on my way home and knock down a beer or two. Not anymore. I'l be d@mned if I'm going to stand outside and freeze my nuts off to have a smoke. I'm telling ya, Anchorage bars have lost so much business due to this NAZI no smoking in the bar law that it's unreal.
