1.5 days left, Yong! You'll have a great time. :dance:

Called the BMV today and asked if I needed to update my new status with them, which I do. It will have to wait another month or so since I sent off the naturalization certificate with my passport application today. The BMV only accepts original documents.

Congratulations!!!!

To fix the height I am afraid you are going to have to fork out the cash to get a corrected certificate. At my ceremony they told us to go over the certificate to make sure there were no errors. And warned us that if we found an error after we left...the next day, a week later, etc., that we would have to pay to fix it...

Well, I got the last passport card today, so I'm done with this part.

I'm not leaving VJ though, just taking a break. I'll be applying for passport books around tax time. And then I'm going to have to deal with my mother's immigration, which is going to be interesting. I'm not sure what we're going to do yet. But I'll show up in the bringing relatives thread for sure.

It's been great to hang out with you guys. Hopefully I'll see at least some of you here again :thumbs:
