Erin, I am so very sorry for your and your daughter's tragic loss. (F) (F)

You have received some good advice in this thread. Regarding the AOS, you basically just need to let USCIS know that the beneficiary has died and they can close the file. You don't need to do anything right away but when you feel up to it you can either go in person to the USCIS office with a copy of the death certificate, your husband's passport and something with his A# on it and ask them to close the file, or you can send the information to them in writing, enclosing a copy of the death certificate, a photocopy of your husband's passport information page and visa, and his A#, along with contact information for yourself in case they need to verify in person.

My husband was killed in a car accident last week. We have filed for our AOS and only have recieved his parole. I am not sure what to do reguarding the visa. Does anyone know what steps I need to take. We also just had a baby and I need to get dual citizenship for her can anyone help me in this area. I am not sure if I am in the right area I just need some advice on what to do. Thank you in advanced.
