I'm late to, sorry! But Norway has DCF for non-resident US citizens. You might want to add that to the list sometimes. Btw - very good information about DCF! Thanks.

Thanks everyone! It's been sent off to Ewok to post, and I made the suggestion about taking out the 'straightforward case only' language from the comparison chart document.

There sure is more info out and about on DCF now than ever before.. way to keep sharing your stories!
