I received this mail from NVC!, my case was completed?

anybody know? :help: :help:

The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute. The designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified of an appointment date as soon as the numbers have been received. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

An immigrant visa is usually valid for six months from the date it is issued. It may be used to apply for admission into the United States any time during its validity.

It says there is no more visas available, that the person is put on a waiting list to get a visa number when it is available. When one is available the person will be notified of an interview date.

Do not travel, Do not sell your items or quit your job.

I sent the I864 and DS230 packages in early January, the question is? is this the answer provided by the NVC when they complete a case?

Hi Mawicho! What's your priority date? Our case was completed on Jan 25. Didn't get any e-mail. I found out by calling the NVC.

06/19/2008 - Priority date

08/06/2010 - Approval date

NVC

09/21/2010 - NVC case number assigned

10/09/2010 - DS 3032 received

10/10/2010 - DS 3032 sent

10/11/2010 - AOS bill paid

10/21/2010 - DS 230 bill paid

11/07/2010 - ds 230 sent

11/18/2010 - AOS sent

11/30/2010 - RFE received for birth cert

12/19/2010 - New birth cert sent

12/11/2010 - RFE received for tax return

01/04/2011 - RFE responded

I am trying to call to NVC to ask, if my case is complete, but the telephone line is too full...............I will wait if anybody know, about this email..
