so now we have our noa2 were kinda looking forward to once were married.

so how long does it take between us filing the ajustment of status and us getting a green card in our hands? wel be filing in dallas i think?

and i noticed i can apply for a work permit thing so i can get to working, do i send this off with the green card?

any help here to explain any of this would be great cus were so confused?

You're looking at around 3-6 months for your greencard once you file the AOS papers.

You file for the work permit (EAD) at the same time as AOS and that takes about 2-3 months.

So you arrived, get married, send AOS docs and then wait. If you get any RFEs your wait time increases depending on how long it takes you to reply to the RFE
