If it helps your eyes then that big continent to the left is called Africa, with the green box Egypt....In between where Glenn Beck is pointing the green highlighted country on the left is Iran and the other green highlighted country (highlighted since the start of the video for no apparent reason?) is Western China, maybe even a small piece of NW Pakistan or Tajikstan

Back in Victorian times people had to actually travel and pay an entrance fee to an asylum to watch the frothings of the deranged, which in those days was considered an afternoon's entertainment. These days you get to watch it in the comfort of your own living room with only a subscription to basic cable.
