by a misunderstanding my wife was arrested

we got all documents clear now.

Everything is fine, nothing happen and

Everything is clarified and it was just a misunderstanding.

we got the police clearance and she's clear.

But my concern is i know that the correct way is to say it

but there will be any impact if we mention that??

Even if it was a misunderstanding??

Obvious, again, you'll need to disclose the arrest - even if it was a misunderstanding

I guess it depends on the circumstances since you haven't told us the arrest we don't know

a domestic violence misunderstanding or a drug misunderstanding or a gang misunderstanding may not be too good.

PS there is no 'if we mention it' you need to mention it. The question will be 'were you ever arrested'. Immigration doesn't distinguish between misunderstandings in that question. which is why you need to explain
