Hi everyone! We just received a hard copy of the NOA-1. But we failed to submit some other requirements on the I 129-F package. Will the USCIS send us RFE? When to receive the letter requesting for further evidences? Is that a liability on our petition?

well.. rfe may not be required.. what was missing? if you will be asked for more evidence then that can come at any time... leading up to adjudicating your case.

Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

Call them about you situation is should u wait for the RFE letter or send them in addition direct to the USCIS. The time for RFE letter send out is 3-4 months. Dont know hows yours but mine is after 3.5 months. They will give you 30 days to reply back with evidences, if u failed to reply in 30 days, your case will terminated aka.(close).Within 30days when the evidence is mailed back to them they will resume your case and in about 4 weeks, the approval will arrive.
